That’s a lot of pathfinding errors!

The big thing I’ve noticed which can cause pathfinding errors is placing buildings inside monster zones (or puzzle zones or story zones). (The zone tells people a place where they can go inside the zone, not knowing about the buildings, and so accidentally tells people to go fight monsters (for example) at some position that happens to be inside the building, but since the people are expecting to be told to go somewhere outdoors, they throw a pathfinding error when they discover no way to get there while remaining outdoors.)

Pathfinding errors aren’t harmful, really; they just mean that (right now), users will walk in a straight line from start to end position, instead of following a nice path to get there. They’ll ignore roads, mountains, everything. Should be unrelated to the crash, but that’s still an interesting crash, and I absolutely could be wrong.

(In the long run, users should decide not to do whatever they wanted to do which generated the pathfinding error, and perhaps get annoyed that they were unable to reach their desired destination. But that’s for a later build, I think.)

Have you managed to get this crash more than once? If you can find something that makes it more common, that’d be really useful information for trying to track it down.

I plan to try and reproduce the bug today and ill report back if im successful.
