Bug Report - "Time Fastest" Region Overload Bug

When applying the fastest setting, I ran into a region overload bug.

I think what’s happening there is that you’ve got an extra network server installed in that region, and for some reason it’s not getting enough bandwidth when the simulation speed is turned up; there’s probably something that isn’t scaling right in the network simulation as time is sped up.

The maximum population capacity in the region will drop, when the server runs out of bandwidth, and it looks like that’s what’s happening there. But I think that the source of the problem is probably the network simulation and how it copes with fast simulation speed. I’m putting that on my list of things to check out!

Confirmed. I placed down a second uplink and when fastest time was applied, the issue was resolved.
