Ability Mechanics Suggestions

When you create an ability now, there are options to have it increase/reduce the damage taken by a target, but no options for increasing/reducing damage done. Assuming that the AI could handle it, this seems like it’d be a fairly easy thing to add. Being able to create self-buffs that boost your damage output for a while and having debuffs that reduce a target’s damage output would allow for some added variety.

Being able to create abilities that have one effect on the target and another effect on the caster would also be nice, but I assume that’d require more coding and be low priority.
